Five rules we do not bend
They are why clients stay with us for years, and occasionally why we lose a job.
Write it down first
Every build starts with a spec you approve. It protects you from a system that is not what you pictured, and us from a project with no end.
Measure, do not guess
Speed, security and SEO claims come with numbers from a real test. If a test fails, we say it failed instead of inventing a figure.
Say the awkward thing
If your site is fine, we say so. If the cheaper fix is better, we recommend it. If we are the wrong team, we say that too.
Everything in your name
Domains, servers, accounts and code belong to you. Nobody should be locked in by an agency holding their passwords.
Stay after launch
The launch is the start of the relationship. Support, monitoring and updates are a service we sell because we think every site needs them.
Arabic first, properly
Right-to-left interfaces designed as the real version. Arabic pages that behave like an afterthought cost you customers and rankings.
