Before you call us
The questions we answer most often on a first call.
Do you only work with WordPress?
No. Support and speed work is mostly WordPress and WooCommerce, because that is what most of our clients run. Systems are built from scratch, and we also work on sites in Laravel, Angular and plain PHP.
We already have a developer. Can you still help?
Yes. The audit tells you where you stand either way. Plenty of clients keep their developer and use us for support, speed or a system their developer does not build.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
Cairo. We work with companies in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and further out in the USA, Turkey and Ghana. Meetings happen on a call, work happens in writing.
How do you charge?
Support is a yearly subscription. Speed optimization is a one-time price set by the size of the site. SEO is monthly. Systems are quoted once the spec is written, so the number is based on what will actually be built.
