WhatsApp, AI agents and call centres
Your team answers the same questions all day. Software can take most of them, and hand over the rest to a human with the history already on screen.
What we set up
Four kinds of work that software does better than people
Each one starts small, on one channel or one process, and grows once it proves itself.
WhatsApp contact centre
One official number for the whole team, on Meta's Cloud API. Conversations assigned to agents, saved templates, campaigns to your customer list, and a record of every chat. We run it on our own platform, Wazaio.
AI agents
A voice agent that answers the phone and a text agent that answers WhatsApp and the website, both trained on your own documents and prices. When a question needs a person, the agent hands over with the conversation attached.
Call centres
Numbers, queues, routing, IVR menus, voicemail and recordings, with supervisor listen, whisper and barge. Built on Amazon Connect or Twilio, and run for clients month to month.
Automations between tools
A form that files itself in the CRM, an order that sends a WhatsApp update, a daily report that arrives before you ask for it. Built on the tools you already pay for.
Worth knowing
WhatsApp has rules, and they matter
Most problems we are called in to fix come from someone ignoring these.
- Official API only
- Unofficial tools get numbers banned, usually at the worst moment. We set you up on Meta's Cloud API with your own business account.
- Templates get approved
- Any message you start has to be an approved template. We write them, submit them and keep a library that passes review.
- The 24-hour window
- Free-form replies are allowed for 24 hours after a customer writes. Campaigns outside it are charged per conversation, and we show you what that costs before you send.
- Your number, your data
- The WhatsApp Business account stays in your name. If you leave us, the number and the history go with you.
Tell us what's slowing your business down.
Thirty minutes is enough to tell whether we're the right team. If we're not, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
